Your wedding day should be a perfect representation of who you are as a couple. Based on this personal style, Les Copains will create an unique wedding concept to make sure your wedding day has that special touch like no other. In order to design your perfect wedding, we need to get to know you, so we’ll talk about things like your interest and how you met, what you’ll find most important on your wedding day and how you want your guest to feel like.

After fully understanding who you are as a couple and after brainstorming about your wishes, Les Copains will present the complete design of the day(s). We create desings for all wedding events such as the ceremony, reception, dinner, party, food, drinks etc. Our designs cover all areas including decor, floral, lightning, graphic and printed designs like save the dates, invites and menus.

WEDDING PLANNING

When the designs are created, the planning can begin. Les Copains is the link between the couple and all other parties involved. All aspects of venue and vendor management, including recommending and managing suitable venues. Recommending and managing suppliers, entertainers and other service providers such as photographers, videographers, acts, DJs, security, catering and staff. Les Copains also helps with legal matters (for instance for destination weddings), budget monitoring and guest management.

WEDDING COORDINATION

When the big day is finally there, Les Copains will make sure everything is perfectly coordinated. We are responsible for logistics, organization and coordination on the wedding day itself and we’ll act as the liaison between the couple and vendors, as well as between the couple and guests, ensuring the couple and their guests can enjoy the day worry-free.
